RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

• Full-price and sale items in original condition, with all tags attached, can be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Final-sale items cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.
• Worn or altered items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Fiori and Police are warranted against any defects in material or workmanship for a period of 5 years from date of purchase.

Any watches developing such a defect within the warranty period will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. This warranty does not apply to the following components of your watch: case, glass, crown or bracelet. The warranty does not cover abnormal use, violent shock, contact with water (for non-waterproof watches) or in the case that it has been repaired outside of our repair center.
