Return Policy
CANADA
You can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery date. We reserve the right to deny a refund if returned merchandise does not meet our requirements.
- Full-price and sale items in original condition, with all tags attached, can be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Final-sale items cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.
- Worn or altered items cannot be returned or exchanged.
FIORI & POLICE ITEMS PURCHASED AT OTHER LOCATIONS
- Items purchased at a department store merchandise can be returned only to that store and cannot be returned to Fiori Canada Inc.
- Items purchased at fioriwatches.com can be returned only at fioriwatches.com and cannot be returned to a department store merchandise.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
You need to reach us at orders@fioriwatches.com and refer to your order number on your packing slip or order confirmation email. Fiori Canada Inc. will provide you return authorization number.

SHIPPING ERRORS OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
In the event that we processed an order incorrectly or you receive a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace it or accept it for a full refund at our expense. Fiori Canada will provide a prepaid label to expedite the return for orders shipped within Canada. To receive your shipping label and arrange to replace your product, please contact Fiori Canada Inc. Customer Service by e-mail to orders@fioriwatches.com or by phone toll free Canada and U.S.A. only 1-866-333-9491.
Fiori Canada Inc. customers using a third-party shipping service are responsible for any duties, taxes and shipping costs that may occur. Fiori Canada Inc. is not liable for any damages from a third-party shipping service.

You'll receive your refund in the original form of payment. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 14 days and send you an email confirmation. Your bank may require additional time to post this transaction to your account.

Shipping charges are calculated based on the size, weight and delivery location of your order - you will see an estimate only after you begin the checkout process.
Please note:
- Orders are usually packed and ready to ship in 1 to 2 business days.
- Business days are Mondays through Fridays.
- We do not treat any orders during Canadian Holidays
- International shipments are subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. We make every attempt to minimize the potential impact of customs delays.
DUTIES & TAXES
- Duties and taxes vary by country of destination - based upon the laws and regulations of the country to which the order will ship.
- All shipping charges, duties, taxes and brokerage fees are the responsibility or the customer.
- In the event that your order is undeliverable, or if you refuse delivery of your order, you will be responsible for payment of all duties and taxes. Shipping charges, duties and taxes are non-refundable for undeliverable or refused shipments. Upon receipt of the refused delivery, a refund will be issued for the item(s) only.
- If you are returning a purchase, you may be eligible for a refund of all or a portion of the duties and taxes. Contact your local customs office for information.
ITEMIZED FEES IN INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COSTS
Your fully landed cost quote may include the following charges:
- Freight: transportation costs incurred by the carrier
- Fuel: the additional charge incurred by the carrier to account for an increase in fuel charges (percentage of freight)
- Insurance: the amount for insuring the package
- Duties: the amount charged by the country for an individual item
- Taxes: the Value Added Tax (VAT) charged by the country
- Brokerage: the amount charged by the broker to clear customs
- Disbursement: the amount the carrier charges to disburse the costs to the country
- Other Fee(s): the transaction fee and any additional costs that may be incurred (e.g., rural-area charges, extra fees for a particular country, etc.)
